Concave and concave solid rubber surface
The wear layer of the track surface can be textured to enhance traction. For our product, the surface of vulcanized rubber is designed with a concave convex shape, which improves elasticity and slip resistance, and effectively drains water.
Co vulcanized multi-layer dual hardness
Two layers of solid rubber with different formulations are vulcanized together to form a continuous seamless material. The UPR layer provides long-lasting and durable performance, the LWR layer provides suitable elasticity and shock absorption.
Shock Absorption due to Airbag technology
